Position: Business Manager
Job Purpose
The Business Manager’s primary responsibility is to propel strategic development into actionable plans through meticulous market trend analysis, identifying opportunities for the company’s revenue growth. Additionally, they serve as the pivotal liaison for existing customers across industrial and consumer sectors, while spearheading business expansion through outreach to new clientele and pioneering new product and market developments.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Identify opportunities and devise business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Initiate and lead projects aimed at expanding the company’s presence across all business sectors.
• Foster and nurture relationships with key customers to strengthen business partnerships.
• Drive the development of new business ventures through initiatives targeting new markets, customers, and/or products.
• Provide leadership and support to the marketing and sales teams to meet predetermined targets.
• Prepare budgets and execute business activities efficiently using available resources.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and colleagues to ensure alignment between business objectives and operational activities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial and business reports to track performance and inform decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in brand/product management or business development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in a third language is preferred.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and adaptability.
• Proactive self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Hands-on attitude, coupled with strong analytical skills and ambition.
• Effective team management abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Creativity and a knack for generating innovative and original ideas.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed for the position.
